Our camps are offered year round, allowing goaltenders to keep their skills sharp and focused by maximizing the repetitions they perform. Our goal is to push their emotional, mental and physical limits to enhance their overall performance and help them achieve the specific goals and objectives they set for the season. Although all of camps are similar in structure we classify our camps into two groups: Pre-Season camps, and In-Season camps. Our pre-season camps are offered in July and August (Summer Camps) and our in-season camps are offered in late December/early January (Holiday Camps) and in early March (March Break Camps). These camps are broken into on-ice, off-ice & classroom sessions, and our lessons cover core themes relevant to the skill level of camp you select. Our in-season camps are offered to all levels and ages, whereas our pre-season camps are more age appropriate and skill level oriented.
Our summer camps are held from July to August and are focused on very concentrated on-ice, off-ice, classroom and video training sessions. We want to maximize as many repetitions in the summer to build on their emotional, mental and physical skills. This ensures that they meet their training goals and advance to the next level of play in the upcoming season.
Our Holiday Camp is a two day camp held late December and/or Early January. These camps are your typical tune-up camp to get you ready down the stretch before you enter your playoff season. Here we recap how your season has gone and start to identify key areas that need to be addressed. We also start to prepare for the final push of the season right before playoffs come. We offer two options for you to choose from, depending on your availability during the holidays: half day or full day.
Our March Break Camps are aimed at goaltenders who are looking to polish their game in preparation for their upcoming playoffs. We focus on their strengths and practice habits and force them to work on very specific playoff-style game situations such as screens deflections, to name a few. Throughout these camps we emphasize the importance of leadership and managing their emotions, which we allow them to work on during our on-ice, off-ice and classroom sessions. These camps are held the first week of March and are open to all levels. We offer both Full Day and Half Day options.
Our March Break Camp is split into two, two-day style camps similar to our Holiday camp format. Our first camp is Mon & Tue and the second camp is Thursday & Friday. We split up the week as we find this compliments those who need a quick get away with family and still can get in a quick tune-up before playoffs start. And if you need more training, we allow our clients to sign up for both camps.
